How are shipping costs calculated?

We charge flat rate shipping on International orders. The shipping rate depends on your location. We provide free shipping for all orders in Canada and USA.

What is your return/exchange policy?

If your purchase isn't completely satisfactory, we're happy to accept your return within 10 days of receiving your item.

Requirement for a return/exchange:

• Item cannot be purchased on sale

• Item must be in the same condition it was received in.

• Item must be unwashed, unworn and have no traces of perfume or deodorant.

• Item must be in the original packaging.

• Item must be shipped within 3 working days of refund/exchange approval.

• Item purchased on sale can only be exchanged.

Shipping costs:

• Customer is responsible for covering return shipment costs.

Does my order come with a tracking number? How can I track my order?

All orders come with tracking numbers. You will receive your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. To see the status of your order click on the tracking number.
If you didn't receive a tracking number, kindly contact our customer service team at support@mayfoi.com.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes. We ship worldwide.

How can I edit or cancel an order?

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours, and therefore, can only be changed or edited if you reach out to us in time. If you do need to modify or cancel an order, send us an email on support@mayfoi.com with the topic: "URGENT: ORDER MODIFICATION".

How long do I have to wait to receive my parcel?

We ship out orders within 1 business day (same day and next day shipping) unless there is an issue with your order. In that case someone will get in touch with you.

Once shipped, wait times vary depending on your region but will take 4-7 business days.

Urgent shipping can be done upon request across Canada and USA.
